All exchanged or returned merchandise must have all original tags attached, be in its original packaging, and be unworn. We are unable to refund any return items that show signs of being worn. On intimate items like G-strings, panties, thongs, and bikinis, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to hygienic reasons.
When possible, use the original packing materials and shipping box and entirely cover or remove the original shipping label. Together with the return receipt proving the date of your order receipt, with your returned merchandise, you should include the printed questionnaire form in the package. Then, schedule a home pickup or drop the package off at your post office or return courier’s station.
In the upper left of every page, there is a “Search for products” box. By entering a description of what you want into this box, you can quickly find what you want.
